Holiday Party Appetizer Offerings: 

Antipasto: The Perfect Grazing Plate for a Group–Boar’s Head Brand Prosciutto, Sweet Capocollo, Pepperoni Grande and Peppered Salami, Mozzarella and Provolone Cheeses with Nicoise Olives, Roasted Red Peppers, Marinated Artichoke Hearts and Crostini 

Stuffed Mushrooms: Stuffed with a Garlic and Herb Cream Cheese then topped with Panko Breadcrumbs and baked

Crostini: Cranberry Compote and Melted Brie; Homemade Basil Pesto and Ricotta; Caprese (Ripe Tomato, Fresh Basil, Fresh Mozzarella, Balsamic Glaze)

Meatball Parmesan: Mini Homemade Italian Meatballs topped with Fresh Marinara Sauce and Melted Mozzarella Cheese with a parsley and parmesan garnish on skewers for easy eating

Reuben Egg Rolls: A Fun Twist on your favorite N.Y. Sandwich – Boar’s Head Corned Beef, Sauerkraut, Horseradish, Chives and Swiss Cheese stuffed in an eggroll and fried crispy golden brown and served with a Russian Dressing Dipping Sauce

Deviled Eggs: What’s a party without Deviled Eggs? We will be offering White Truffle, Wasabi or The Traditional Favorites topped with crispy Boar’s Head bacon.

Shrimp Cocktail: Louisiana Gulf Shrimp, boiled in crab boil seasoning, chilled and served with a spicy cocktail sauce

Thai Chicken Satay: Thinly Sliced Chicken Breast marinated in a homemade Thai marinade, grilled on skewers and served with a Peanut Sauce for dipping

Chorizo Bites: Sliced Chorizo Sausage, grilled and served with a smoky roasted red pepper aioli

Pita, Veggies and Olives: served with homemade Hummus, Tzatziki (A Cucumber Dill Yogurt Sauce) and Tirokafteri (A Spicy Feta Cheese Dip)
